Job summary

Echodyne is seeking a Project Manager to join our Solutions Engineering team. This client-facing role coordinates all aspects of customer engagements, from strategic demonstrations and implementations through ongoing technical support.

You will partner closely with Solutions Engineers, Sales, and Product teams to ensure commitments are understood, scoped, and met, while maintaining schedules, risk tracking, and documentation for a variety of radar sensing projects across defense, transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management or technical program management in tech/engineering environments.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and customer-first communication.
• Familiarity with radar/sensors or aerospace/defense is a plus.
• Moderate travel may be required.
• PM certification (PMP, Scrum Master) desirable but not required.
• Experience with government/defense customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of customer engagements across demonstrations, implementations, and technical support.
• Manage planning, scheduling, and delivery of implementations, integrations, and other engagements.
• Serve as primary customer contact for progress, issues, and escalations.
• Work with Solutions Engineers, Sales, and Product to ensure scope and commitments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status updates, and documentation.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; address issues to stay on schedule.
• Support pre-sales by advising on delivery timelines and resources.
• Build strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement.
