Job summary

PingWind is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the technical execution and delivery of a Federal Identity and Access Management modernization program. The role guides the transition from legacy AIMS and PAS to a cloud IAM solution while ensuring timely, scoped, and quality outputs.

You will coordinate deliverables, manage cross-functional teams, and drive Agile practices with a focus on lean thinking, continuous improvement, and DoD readiness.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience leading technical IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage deliverables, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with modernization and system consolidation.
• Proficiency in defining user stories and backlogs.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts and federal IT environments desirable.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on technical coordination.
• Team leadership in a Agile delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliverables and reporting requirements.
• Support consolidation of legacy systems into a single modern solution.
• Work closely with the FSA Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Define user stories, backlogs, and ensure Definition of Done.
• Lead hour-by-hour operational planning, environment support, change and release management.
• Oversee technical execution and rapid, reliable delivery of code changes.
