Job summary

BEPC Inc. is seeking a senior IAM Project Manager to lead enterprise Identity and Access Management initiatives for our client.

You will own delivery, translate business needs into technical roadmaps, and coordinate across security, infrastructure, applications, architecture, and business teams. The role requires deep IAM platform knowledge (Okta, PAM, IGA) and experience guiding migrations, policy deployments, and enterprise transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or technical delivery roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing IAM, information security, or enterprise IT projects.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with enterprise IAM platforms, such as Okta, Saviynt, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of IAM platforms and architectures, including Okta, Active Directory, PAM, and IGA.
• Deep understanding of identity governance, identity lifecycle management, access controls, and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise IAM projects from planning and design through implementation and post-deployment review.
• Define project charters, scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and KPIs.
• Break complex IAM implementations into manageable workstreams and project phases.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates in partnership with technical leads.
• Lead project governance boards and steering committee reviews.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, issues, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, security, application, architecture, operations, and business teams.
