Job summary
PingWind is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the technical execution and delivery of the FSA Identity and Access Management modernization project. You will oversee the transition from legacy systems to a cloud-based IAM solution, ensuring on-time delivery, scope alignment, and quality.
In this role you will coordinate deliverables, collaborate with the FSA Product Owner and stakeholders, and participate in Agile planning, backlog management, and sprint scope definition to enable
Qualifications
- PM with experience leading technical IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Ability to manage deliverables, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with modernization and system consolidation.
- Proficiency in defining user stories and backlog management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate deliverables and reporting requirements.
- Consolidate legacy systems into a single modern IAM solution.
- Collaborate with the FSA Product Owner and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile planning and sprint scope definition.
- Lead operational planning, environment support coordination, and release management.
- Provide ongoing technical and project management support during transition and operations.
- Oversee packaging of features for deployment.
