Cognizant is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Lexington, KY to lead secure, scalable provider-focused digital solutions. You will collaborate with engineers, product owners, stakeholders and compliance partners to deliver on-time, on-budget projects using Golang, React, and PostgreSQL.

The role emphasizes driving execution, technical excellence, and strong cross-functional leadership within a healthcare technology team. Remote flexibility is available where feasible.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software development projects using Golang, React.js, and PostgreSQL technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, application security reviews, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience working within the Healthcare Provider domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of secure web applications leveraging Golang, React.js, and PostgreSQL technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, manage priorities, track risks, and ensure successful execution of project milestones.
• Drive Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate provider-focused requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
• Promote secure coding practices, application quality, performance optimization, and compliance standards across the software development lifecycle.
