Job summary

TouCreek Technology is seeking a mid-level IT infrastructure project manager to lead end-to-end data center migration programs for a major networking client. You will coordinate across networks, security, and operations teams to define scope, schedules, and milestones, while maintaining client satisfaction and delivery quality.

The role requires 4+ years in IT project management, strong networking and leadership skills, and experience with multi-site migrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT infrastructure project management with data center migrations.
• Strong networking knowledge with EOS, CloudVision, spine-leaf is a plus.
• Experience delivering complex multi-site networking projects for service providers or large enterprises.
• Proven ability to deliver on time and within budget and scope.
• PM tools experience (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must have Soultion & Delivery experience- Customer Facing

Essential Functions of the job:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of data center migration projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network architects, engineers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, communication, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and coordinate technical teams to ensure successful design, testing, and migration execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to maintain project progress.
• Conduct status meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
• Work closely with Customer solutions teams to ensure deployments align with best practices and client requirements.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-migration reviews and lessons learned analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, with a focus on data center migrations.
• Strong expertise in Networks solutions, including EOS, CloudVision, and spine-leaf architectures is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-site networking projects with service provider customers or large financial services enterprises is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to scope.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, infrastructure, and migration methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills is a MUST
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with deployments in large-scale environments.
• Familiarity with cloud integrations and hybrid data center strategies.
• Strong understanding of automation and network orchestration tools.
