Job summary

Provenir Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager based in Indonesia to drive end-to-end project delivery in a fully remote SaaS environment.

You will own project scope, milestones, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, product, and sales, acting as the technical liaison for live customers and guiding issue resolution with our dedicated support teams. You will troubleshoot logs, translate technical context for diverse stakeholders, and identify systemic improvements.

Qualifications

4–7 years in technical program/project management or related delivery roles in SaaS.
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently by reading logs and tracing behavior.
Understanding of risk decisioning products (fraud, credit, identity, or transaction risk).
Proven track record delivering multiple projects on time with strong stakeholderMgmt.
Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English; comfortable with remote, global teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project management for active projects across Indonesia, including planning, scheduling, resourcing, and budget tracking.
Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and drive execution against timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and maintain delivery.
Translate between customer, support, and engineering with clear technical context.
Identify recurring issues and feed insights back to product and engineering.
