Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to support the Technical Program Manager on a fast-paced federal technology program. You will maintain trackers and artifacts, drive action follow-through across internal teams and subcontractors, and surface risks early in a fully remote role within the United States.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, producing status reports, and assisting with data-driven tracking using Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 8+ years in Business Administration, IT, PM, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications PMP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program trackers, actions, decisions, risks/issues, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor schedules across multiple workstreams and escalate overdue items to TPM.
• Draft and assemble status reports, SOPs, and executive materials.
