Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of program analyst or operational support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to brief stakeholders clearly.
• Advanced writing skills with experience drafting SOPs, policies, reports, and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and produce program deliverables with accuracy.
• Coordinate reviews and ensure submissions meet quality and compliance.
• Support program operations through meetings, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide clear updates to government stakeholders and program leadership.
• Develop and deliver briefings, status updates, and decision-ready materials.
• Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up.
• Assess processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Support streamlined procedures, automated workflows, and improved documentation tools.
• Gather and analyze data, synthesize insights, and present recommendations.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, process maps, guides, and policy documents.
• Develop high-quality presentations and executive-level decks.
• Support knowledge capture across shared systems and repositories.
