Prima is hiring a Technical Program Manager to join our Engineering Department. You will lead end-to-end infrastructure programs and coordinate across Infrastructure, Security, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.

With about 350 engineers globally, we value collaboration, transparency, and measurable delivery outcomes. This remote role offers flexibility to work from home or from an office, with international teams and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Technical Program Management.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Solid knowledge of agile delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on with project management tools like Jira, YouTrack, Confluence.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs with planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and escalation paths.
• Align Infrastructure, Security, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Use delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
• Engage with third-party infrastructure vendors, budgeting, and compliance reviews.
