Job summary

Presto is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate complex cross-functional engineering programs. You will bridge engineering, product, business, and operations, ensuring flawless execution of the product and operational roadmap.

A strong technical foundation and excellent communication are essential to align stakeholders toward a shared, ambitious goal. You will drive planning from concept to pilot and launch, manage scope and resources across software, infrastructure, and operations,

Qualifications

3+ years of Agile/Scrum experience in a Scrum Master or Technical PM role.
Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
Strong technical background with engineering teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate between technical and business audiences.
CS/Engineering degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of top product and engineering priorities across the platform.
Define scope, schedule, and resources for technical programs spanning software, infrastructure, and operations.
Establish measurable success metrics and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Improve program management processes, tools, and communication channels for efficiency.
Provide clear updates on status, challenges, and accomplishments to stakeholders.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate requirements into workstreams and timelines.
Manage backlog, priorities, and plan sprints/releases with Product leadership.
Lead daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
