Qualifications

• Master's degree required with two years of related experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Knowledge of machine learning and simulation tooling.
• Experience with autonomous driving algorithms and system engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop simulator multi-platform strategy with OKRs, KPIs, roadmap and success criteria.
• Execute world model roadmap to support US and international expansion.
• Create ML plans to improve simulator realism (3D, physics, sensor, AI agent behavior).
• Integrate core simulator release with onboard software cadence to improve transparency and trust.
• Develop scalable methods and tools for simulator realism evaluation and AI-assisted triage workflows.
• Lead architect transformation to scale the simulator product with self-serve tools and better onboarding.
