Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Software Engineering with 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in large-scale project management across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Proficiency in ML, simulation tools, and autonomous driving development.

Responsibilities

• Develop simulator multi-platform strategy with OKRs, KPIs, and roadmap.
• Advance the world model roadmap to support testing and expansion.
• Create ML plans to improve simulator realism across 3D graphics and sensor sim.
• Integrate core simulator releases with onboard software cadence for trust.
• Lead architecture transformation to reduce configuration complexity and boost throughput.
• Coordinate with engineering, simulation, and onboard teams on priorities.
