Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking experienced Technical Program Managers and Program Managers to drive the Waymo Driver roadmap across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations. You will lead critical programs that improve rider journeys and align stakeholders to remove blockers while delivering on strategic commitments.

The role demands strong technical judgment to evaluate system trade-offs, ensure scalable delivery, and manage complex dependencies across multiple teams in a highly dynamic

Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing highly complex cross-functional programs.
Strong technical background to engage credibly in technical design discussions with engineering and evaluate trade-offs.
Experience in rideshare, two-sided marketplaces, or products where consumer software interacts with physical operations.

Responsibilities

Lead critical programs focused on improving rider journeys and customer experiences across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.
Establish and define key quality metrics and frameworks to track and improve rider experience across operating markets.
Drive strategic initiatives to identify, prioritize, and manage dependencies and risks; align stakeholders and report to executive leadership.
