Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Business Systems team on a remote, W2 basis. You will lead complex programs focused on business applications in FinTech, drive Agile delivery, and manage stakeholders to meet business objectives.

The role requires 7+ years in software development with NetSuite experience, strong communication, and a proven track record across the full program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the software development industry, preferably with FinTech.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Track record of program management across all phases from kickoff through delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop, own, and maintain the team roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with transparent communication and collaboration.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while driving continuous improvement.
• Support process, tool, and methodology improvements to enhance team performance.
