Job summary

Kobie is seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the successful execution of our product portfolio and optimize delivery across engineering teams. The TPM will improve operations, manage workflows, and enable delivery through visibility, structure, and collaboration.

This remote-first role requires strong program management experience, leadership across teams, and a data-driven approach to improve delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience with product or technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of modern product and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean)
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven improvement experience
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools to design and manage workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate and lead across multiple organizational levels

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from intake to delivery, aligning with strategic goals and client commitments
• Maintain awareness of all product and feature queues and own dashboards tracking queues, SLA adherence, backlog health and delivery timelines
• Ensure smooth flow of requests across queues to minimize wait times and improve service delivery
• Lead quarterly planning sessions and facilitate alignment across teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define feature scope and delivery schedules
• Coordinate handoffs across departments and optimize portfolio priorities based on objectives and ROI
• Evolve best practices, templates, and dashboards to improve delivery and transparency
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and trends
