Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development and deployment of modular data center infrastructure. You will configure products to order, align with engineering and delivery teams, and drive projects from design to site commissioning.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, partnering with customers and executives to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant project/program management experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) and standard business productivity software (e.g., Google Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Strong financial acumen, including understanding business planning and profitability metrics (e.g., EBIAT, ROIC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program lifecycle (WBS, schedules, and deliverables) from kickoff through manufacturing to site commissioning.
• Review and interpret customer specifications to configure custom designs and act as the primary technical contact.
• Lead global cross-functional core teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing) with governance and accountability.
• Manage program budgets, forecast actuals against plans, and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
