Job summary

Jabil seeks a Technical Program Manager focused on Datacenter Infrastructure Engineering and Manufacturing. You will coordinate large-scale Data Center Infrastructure programs, manage risks, and align cross-functional teams from RFP to NPI completion.

The role requires deep knowledge of power distribution and cooling, with a strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and program delivery in a global team. Travel up to 25% may be domestic or international.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data center and/or industrial technical program management, including design, engineering, manufacturing, testing
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, integration strategy, and system coordination
• 5+ years of project management experience: scope, scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk, critical path, cross-functional collaboration, customer/stakeholder presentations

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams on infrastructure program status, risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Demonstrate knowledge of data center power distribution, cooling and related systems
• Act as technical advisor, work with cross-functional teams to understand challenges, propose solutions, and ensure technical feasibility
• Coordinate multiple projects and reconcile interdependencies
• Drive decisions with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and remove roadblocks
• Manage programs across cross-functional teams, build processes, coordinate schedules
• Collaborate with factory-based PMs to support RFP through NPI completion of FWT
• Manage RFP timelines, milestones, meetings, document repository, RFIs/ECNs, and delivery of all RFP artifacts
