Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager, Cloud and Infrastructure to lead complex manufacturing test projects within the GCTD team in CEI. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate across executives, engineers, and end customers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes accountability for project performance across infrastructure, test development, and framework initiatives, with collaboration across internal engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years work-related experience required in project management or related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a multi-site and multi-cultural environments.
• Domestic and/or international travel, up to 25-30% required.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Management & Planning: capture objectives, specifications and deliverables for Infrastructure and GCTD projects.
• Project Execution & Delivery: drive NP I test project tasks to completion with schedule and quality adherence.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: liaison between internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring & Reporting: track milestones, provide status updates and highlight issues and resolutions.
• Technical Issue Management: triage bugs and feature requests with engineering teams and prioritize based on impact.
• Resource & Capacity Management: manage test resource capacity and optimize utilization across projects.
• Communication & Governance: deliver updates and ensure compliance with policies and governance frameworks.
• Additional Responsibilities: participate in strategic planning and other duties as assigned.
