Job summary

Andromeda Cluster is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own provider relationships and the execution side of our AI compute platform. You will onboard new providers and sites, manage capacity rollouts, and address hardware or fabric quality issues while coordinating with SRE, engineering, and product teams.

You’ll be the point of contact for delivery timelines and open items. You’ll define the program plan, escalation paths, and contract-backed commitments, and you’ll build scalable

Qualifications

• Experience running technical programs in infrastructure with external partners.
• Incident management experience across multiple organizations, including off-hours.
• Ability to discuss GPUs, networking, and storage with provider engineers.
• Proven track record aligning cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new providers and sites, capacity expansions, and remediation of recurring hardware or network issues.
• Act as incident commander during major provider-side incidents with SREs, provider engineers, and customers; drive post-incident remediation.
• Maintain a live program plan with milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks.
• Hold providers to commitments via structured check-ins and escalation when needed.
• Coordinate internally with SRE, Engineering, Product, and Sales/CS to avoid blockers.
• Identify capacity and quality risks early to prevent customer-facing problems.
• Develop playbooks and provider-facing standards to speed onboarding of future sites.
