Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong technical background with hands-on software development, systems engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• PMP, PgMP, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, schedule, resources, risks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management, clearly.
