Pearson is hiring a Specialist, Product Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical programs in a US remote environment. The TPM will drive initiatives from concept through completion, partnering with engineering and product teams to meet business objectives and timelines.

The role requires a strong technical background, hands-on software or systems experience, and excellence in project management, with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong technical background with hands-on software development or systems engineering experience.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical programs and projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Develop comprehensive project plans: scope, schedule, resources, risks and milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement in PM processes.
