Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in a technology environment.
• Strong technical background with software, systems engineering, or related fields.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with PM tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
• Experience with cloud tech, SDLC, and DevOps is a plus; PMP/PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical programs and projects with timely delivery.
• Develop comprehensive plans including scope, schedule, resources, risks, milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure outcomes.
• Communicate status and challenges to senior management clearly.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and continuous process improvement.
• Manage budgets and track expenses for cost-effective delivery.
• Provide guidance and decision support to project teams.
