Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a tech environment.
• Strong technical background with hands-on software development or systems engineering experience.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with cloud technologies and SDLC/DevOps is a plus.
• PMP, PgMP, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to define requirements and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Drive improvements in project management processes and methodologies.
• Manage vendor contributions and cross-team dependencies.
