Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the United States to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept through launch. You will coordinate engineering, product, and business teams, building clear plans, managing dependencies and risks, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout delivery.

You will influence without direct authority, foster collaboration, and drive data-informed decision making. This role supports a hybrid remote/work model and offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs.
• Strong background in software development, systems architecture, cloud engineering, cloud architecture, or application development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or similar PM methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to facilitate technical discussions and manage stakeholders.
• Analytical and data-informed decision-making with proactive risk management.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and foster collaboration.
• Bachelor of Science in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program delivery, from initial concept and planning through execution and launch.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, goals, deliverables, and measures of success.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate technical discussions, clarify decisions, and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Track program progress, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and recommended actions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Improve program management practices, delivery processes, and collaboration across teams.
