Job summary

Epicor is seeking a seasoned ERP Program Manager to lead large-scale program and portfolio delivery for global clients. You will act as voice of the customer, align ERP initiatives with strategic goals, and manage scope, budget, and timelines.

You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee financials, and lead risk and change management to ensure adoption and value realization across Epicor platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile Portfolio Management).
• 10+ years’ experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in ERP delivery.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale ERP portfolios and programs in global environments.
• Deep knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor).

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer (VoC) to align ERP solutions with client objectives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships to strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Facilitate executive steering committees to support customer decision-making.
• Oversee program delivery against scope, timeline, and budget.
• Monitor portfolio financials including forecasting, invoicing, and margin tracking.
• Identify risks and lead change management to ensure adoption.
• Deliver transparent reports via dashboards and executive reviews.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities across Epicor solutions.
