Job summary

Tier One Technologies is seeking a Technical Program/Delivery Leader for a 100% remote contract-to-hire role supporting a US Government client. The position requires extensive delivery leadership across the product development lifecycle and coordination with engineering, security, and operations teams.

Selected candidates must meet the security requirements, including a background investigation and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

Requires a degree in an applicable field; if not, 4 extra years of related experience.
10+ years in technology delivery roles with leadership experience.
Ability to lead through influence across engineering, architecture, and operations.
Experience with AI/ML concepts and governance to improve delivery outcomes.
Strong delivery discipline and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end delivery leadership for an assigned application team across company and vendor resources without direct supervisory authority.
Translate business objectives into delivery execution with scope, milestones, and commitments.
Lead cross-functional planning, dependencies, and release coordination across teams.
Provide consistent status reporting to leadership including risks, decisions, and mitigations.
Coordinate workload and capacity to maintain a steady pipeline of work and deliverables.
Support ROM estimates and planning with engineering and architecture inputs.
Assist funding/approval activities with scope, timeline, and risk guidance.
Coordinate release/deployment readiness and post-release stabilization.
