Job summary

Lexipol is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Owner to drive strategy and development for our Performance Reporting SaaS product. You will translate business concepts into actionable engineering work, define requirements, and shape a data-informed roadmap for first responders.

You'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders, prioritize features, and lead backlog grooming in an agile environment. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to Frisco, TX.

Qualifications

3+ years delivering software in enterprise SaaS/PaaS.
3+ years in Agile (Kanban/Scrum) as a product owner/manager.
Strategic thinker with prioritization experience.
Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Proven ability to write PRDs and user stories.
Technical collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with remote/global teams.

Responsibilities

Translate business concepts into functional product updates and communicate tradeoffs to executives.
Define requirements, write PRDs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with UX/UI to ensure readiness of documentation and backlog items.
Own the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing work to meet objectives.
Support engineering with clarifications and ensure alignment with design.
