Job summary

Lexipol is seeking a Director of Product Management for Performance Reporting to own strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance across a leading public-safety analytics product. This remote-first role involves collaboration with engineering, marketing, and customer success to shape the product over multiple years, with travel to Frisco, TX as needed.

You will define market strategy, manage forms of data capture, and ensure high-quality data and reporting capabilities that meet agency needs

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of product management experience with full ownership of a product or product line and its commercial performance.
• Successful cross-functional go-to-market launches, pre- and post-launch.
• Strong product strategy and market analysis skills grounded in research.
• Technical fluency to work credibly with engineering on data and architecture.
• Experience with reporting or analytics software where accuracy is central.
• Genuine customer-centricity demonstrated through a discovery practice you ran yourself.
• Experience managing product talent in technical or non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year strategy for Performance Reporting, including investment areas and partnerships.
• Own roadmap direction and prioritization across digital forms, Command Center, early intervention, and public dashboards.
• Set direction on data model, reporting architecture, and agency-scale performance.
• Ensure configurability to match agency policies without frequent services engagements.
• Balance near-term commitments with longer-term platform investments.
• Lead GTM planning, launches, enablement, and post-launch adoption.
