Job summary

Ideagen seeks a Technical Product Owner L2 to shape and deliver customer-centric solutions. You will translate requirements into actionable user stories, prioritize the backlog, and partner with engineering and product teams to ensure value delivery.

You’ll collaborate across stakeholders, contribute to sprint planning, and help maintain clear release notes and documentation in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a product-focused role such as Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and contributing to iterative product development.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or Gainsight is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to gather, analyse and document product requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear user stories and detailed acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Supporting the management and prioritisation of the product backlog to align with objectives and customer needs.
• Partnering with Engineering and Product teams to facilitate communication and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Contributing to sprint planning, defining goals and priorities for releases.
• Participating in sprint reviews and retrospectives to identify improvements.
• Tracking delivery progress and communicating updates and risks to stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining product documentation including release notes and feature descriptions.
