Qualifications

• Experience in a product-focused role such as Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, QA, Engineering, or a similar position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into practical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and contributing to iterative product development processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring requirements and deliverables are accurately documented and managed.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha! or Gainsight would be beneficial, alongside an interest in emerging technologies and software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to gather, analyse and document product requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear user stories and detailed acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Supporting the management and prioritisation of the product backlog to ensure work aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
• Partnering with Engineering and Product teams to facilitate communication, clarify requirements and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Contributing to sprint planning activities, helping define achievable goals and priorities for upcoming releases.
• Participating in sprint reviews and retrospectives, helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Tracking delivery progress and communicating updates, risks and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining product documentation, including release notes, feature descriptions and supporting materials.
