Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a technically skilled TPM to own the spectrum dominance product portfolio. You will translate DoD requirements and advanced signal processing concepts into features, while bridging R&D, software, and field teams to deliver robust, software-defined spectrum dominance solutions.

This hybrid role is based in Irvine, CA, with potential for remote work for eligible US candidates and travel up to 25–50% to support testing and client

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Strong knowledge of signal processing, RF systems, SDRs, DSP, and related technologies.
• Ability to translate complex algorithms and military use cases into software requirements and user stories.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional R&D, engineering, operations, and sales teams.

Mansioni

• Own backlog, requirements, and user experience for spectrum dominance features.
• Translate DoD mission needs and advanced signal concepts into structured specifications.
• Collaborate with R&D, software, and hardware teams to align waveform development with MN-MIMO architecture.
• Support field testing, customer integrations, and drive product adoption and revenue growth.
