Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to drive requirements, backlog ownership, and market adoption for defense-focused spectrum dominance products. The TPM will translate advanced algorithms into software features and work closely with R&D, software, and go-to-market teams.

The role is based in Irvine, CA, with a hybrid schedule and potential 100% remote work for suitable US candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Strong knowledge of signal processing, wireless communications, RF systems, SDRs, DSP, or MANETs.
• Experience translating complex algorithms or military use cases into clear software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate DoD mission requirements and signal processing concepts into structured user stories and specifications.
• Collaborate with R&D to translate LPI/LPD and anti-jam techniques into feature sets with intuitive UX.
• Own end-to-end software and firmware backlog and user experience for spectrum dominance features.
• Coordinate with R&D, engineering, operations, and GTM teams to meet release timelines.
