Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and customers to translate functional business requirements into software solutions using Sage Intacct and related ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions and/or experience as a business analyst working with core accounting and finance software
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment desired
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions
• Experience in assessing client requirements across a broad array of business processes

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction and adoption
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, coordinate with development, test, train, and transition to services
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct including core and advanced modules and stay current with product features
• Define rollout of custom solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct based on customer processes and best practices
• Develop project plans and support on-time, on-budget delivery
• Conduct training for customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and processes using BT best practices
• Respond to customer technical issues during system implementation
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate execution
• Deliver concise, friendly communications and align with customer goals
• Contribute to knowledge base of deployment best practices and improve delivery tools
• Serve as escalation point for project issues
• Learn and grow through coaching and firm-wide learning programs
• Network and build relationships internally and with clients
• Support team development under Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy
• Participate in social activities and team outings that promote work-life balance
