Job summary

LTS is seeking a remote Technical Product Manager to own the JLV product roadmap within the OI&T Health Informatics Product Line. You will align customer needs with feature prioritization and drive business value across the product lifecycle for VA environments.

Responsibilities include refining strategy, conducting stakeholder meetings to maintain the backlog, and presenting milestones during PI Planning while ensuring compliance with VA policies and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience required.
• 15 years of experience in IT/software product management, including product strategy and backlog management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe methods and strong prioritization and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and familiarity with Jira.
• Understanding VA Healthcare IT products and VA/EHR interoperability environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine JLV's Product Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap while ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and maintain, prioritize, and refine the Product Backlog.
• Present product vision and milestones during PI Planning and ensure activities align with VA policies and strategic goals.
