Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS, business, or related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise or client-facing laboratory or regulated systems.
• Ability to manage complex backlogs and translate requirements into system specs.

Responsibilities

• Own LTMS product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization across competing business demands.
• Translate laboratory and operational needs into clear system requirements and user stories.
• Define system scope, objectives, and standards aligned with enterprise workflows.
• Mentor Business Systems Analysts and offshore teams on best practices and delivery.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support design decisions and modernization.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across laboratory systems and processes.
• Resolve priority conflicts and drive consensus among stakeholders.
