Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC seeks aSenior Product Manager to steer program product strategy and governance for VA initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, UX and DevOps to deliver outcomes aligned with the VA’s mission.

You will partner with customers and product owners to craft vision, manage roadmaps, and maintain artifacts, while driving lean, iterative development and scalable partnerships across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading or directing work across cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working directly with customers, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate needs into product direction.
• Experience working within Agile or iterative product development environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to complete any required federal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence decisions across teams.
• Mentor and coach product team members and strengthen product management practices.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across product, engineering, UX, business analysis, DevOps and delivery disciplines.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders as needed.
• Focus on program and delivery strategy while supporting tactical product management.
• Apply Agile and iterative development practices to deliver against customer needs and program goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering products aligned with customer’s mission and outcomes.
• Partner with customers and product owners to shape product vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain product artifacts like briefs, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Work with customers to prioritize high-value outcomes based on goals, needs, and constraints.
• Advocate for user needs and lean product practices during prioritization.
• Identify and grow partnerships to increase adoption of products and platforms.
• Define activities to establish new partnerships within the VA, including adjacent platforms.
• Understand complex system integrations and endpoints to connect services across platforms.
• Help establish scalable onboarding for partners to tools and platforms.
