EasySoftGroup is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Integrations to own complex integrations linking the creator ecosystem, customer experience, and external platforms. Focus on APIs, SDKs, authentication, data flows, and third-party integrations, collaborating with engineering, enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes bi-directional data flows, secure integration patterns, and a strong product ownership mindset within a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in software with 3+ years in product APIs.
• Experience as Technical Product Manager or API Product Manager.
• Experience designing REST, GraphQL, and real-time integrations.
• Strong security and DevSecOps mindset.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the integration strategy and capabilities across the platform.
• Own the lifecycle of Integrations and SDK products from strategy to launch.
• Oversee integrations development ensuring alignment with customer needs and standards.
• Drive inbound data ingestion and outbound data publishing across third-party platforms.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable integration architectures.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise customers and partners.
• Translate complex concepts into clear product decisions.
• Develop go-to-market strategy for third-party integration users.
• Identify opportunities for new integration capabilities based on feedback.
• Apply security mindset when defining integration solutions.
