Job summary

EasySoftGroup in the United States is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Integrations to own complex integrations across creator ecosystem, customer experience, and external platforms. The role focuses on APIs, SDKs, authentication, data flows, and third‑party integrations.

You will define strategy, own lifecycle from discovery to launch, and lead engineering teams while aligning with Sales, CS, and Enablement to deliver impactful API solutions and developer ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software industry with at least 3+ years working with product APIs.
• Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager or API-focused product manager.
• Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and real-time integrations.
• Knowledge of JSON/XML data structures and modern authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys).
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the integration strategy, standards, and capabilities across the platform.
• Own the product lifecycle of Integrations and SDKs from discovery to roadmap and launch.
• Oversee integrations development ensuring alignment with customer needs and standards.
• Drive data ingestion and publishing across third-party platforms.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable integration architectures with tech leads.
• Create clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise customers, partners, and developers.
• Explain complex concepts like payloads, auth, data models, and latency clearly.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing to incorporate Voice of the Customer into strategy.
• Shape go-to-market for third-party integration users and developers.
