Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer adoption.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in Sage Intacct or ERP/financial SaaS implementations, strong Excel skills and proven stakeholder management. This role offers remote-friendly work with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; accounting/MIS/CS preferred.
5+ years' experience in consulting or implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or similar SaaS solutions.
Experience communicating with customers and technical teams on system issues and deployments.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into software solutions.
Define requirements and design solutions with development teams; test and train users.
Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Conduct end-user training and align system functionality with business needs.
