Job summary

Logic Era Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead CRM implementations with a focus on Dynamics 365 across multiple modules. The role emphasizes translating business needs into well-defined user stories, managing backlogs, and guiding an Agile team through HIPAA-conscious workflows.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to capture current processes, pain points, and desired outcomes, while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and operational goals. PST hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science with 2-3 years of experience.
• Experience as a Product Manager in CRM implementations, Dynamics 365 strongly preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus, clinical workflow exposure valuable.

Responsibilities

• Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities to simplify and improve workflows.
• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Facilitate discussions between business and delivery teams to ensure alignment on scope and expected outcomes.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset, keeping business value and user outcomes central to all requirements.
• Support an Agile delivery team throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Translate ambiguous processes into well-defined user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlogs and sprint work in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Work across multiple Dynamics 365 modules (CE/Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
• Ensure all work aligns with HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and desired business outcomes.
