This Technical Product Manager role supports the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of business applications built on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dynamics 365-driven applications, and related Microsoft 365 tools. The work includes solution design, business analysis, automation support, testing, stakeholder engagement, production support, and continuous improvement of business management and processes.
The person in this role will help maintain, enhance, and strategize around AI, automation, and data capture capabilities related to request intake, case management, queue routing, shared inboxes, email-to-case processes, user notifications, knowledge management, surveys, work items, backlog tracking, and other capabilities for cross-team collaboration. Current work includes Dynamics 365 Customer Service enhancements, Power Automate flows, Dataverse configuration, model-driven app improvements, and work management design.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 professional who can operate across product ownership, solution design, business analysis, testing, stakeholder engagement, and production support. They should be comfortable solving complex operational problems, guiding teams toward scalable processes, and ensuring the platform continues to meet business needs in a reliable and maintainable way.
