The role emphasizes modern data platforms, Python development, cloud production-grade solutions, and a strong ability to guide teams while delivering high-quality results for clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software or data engineering with hands-on delivery.
• Bachelor's degree required; AWS/Snowflake certs preferred.
• Strong Python, REST API design, and cloud data solutions experience.
• Proven mentoring and senior technical leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of ETL/ELT data pipelines and APIs.
• Mentor engineers, promote standards, and improve processes.
• Collaborate with PMs, analysts, and clients on requirements.
• Drive automation, testing, and scalable cloud solutions.
• Manage SOW tasks, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure quality, performance, and long-term maintainability.
