Elite Technology NY Inc. is seeking a Tech Lead Engineer to drive complex cloud-native SaaS initiatives. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high standards across the SDLC in a remote work setup across U.S. time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of professional software development experience building complex, scalable business applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft stack, including C# / .NET Core and Angular.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Container Apps, App Services, Event Hub and API Management.
• Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong database experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB, including performance tuning.
• Experience with Real-Time & Event-Driven Architectures and OpenTelemetry monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering tools like Delta Lake is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for high-impact initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, maintainable solutions.
• Lead system and component-level architecture design with engineers and architects.
• Own end-to-end execution from design through delivery, managing risks and dependencies.
• Translate designs into well-scoped tasks, estimates, and plans.
• Set and enforce engineering standards via code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
• Mentor engineers and foster ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, Security, and Infra to meet requirements.
• Communicate trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Remain hands-on, contributing production-ready code for critical components.
