Job summary

Careerminds is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our product development team in a fully remote capacity. The six‑month contract may lead to full‑time employment, with responsibilities spanning planning, cross‑team coordination, and reporting on progress to stakeholders.

You will engage with engineering and product teams, drive priorities with data, and own performance metrics while maintaining dashboards and cadence deliverables to ensure timely delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical program/product management experience delivering scalable consumer products.
• Hands-on experience creating Jira workflows, including ticket assignment, release management, and sprint planning.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-changing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive supportability improvement projects from inception, planning, to launch, adoption and impact measurement.
• Develop and maintain a technology project plan outlining tasks, milestones, status, and resource allocation for stakeholders.
• Mediate disputes, resolve scheduling and asset utilization conflicts.
• Directly engage with engineering and product teams to drive priorities using data-driven approaches.
• Utilize analytical thinking to inform decisions and monitor key metrics.
• Manage daily standups and regular cadence meetings with product and engineering teams.
• Own core performance metrics and partner with engineers to deliver opportunities for improvement.
• Define goals, create dashboards, monitor metrics, and collaborate to deliver impactful product plans.
• Contribute to overall product strategy and roadmaps while aligning end-user features with infrastructure.
• Track all deliverables from concept to launch using established processes and tools.
• Partner with CMS product owner to manage Jira across full ticket lifecycle, keeping backlog organized.
