Job summary

Redox is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own delivery of complex integration projects end to end. You will bridge Engineering, Implementation, and Product with customers, translating technical requirements into execution plans and ensuring on-time, in-scope launches.

You will manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while driving process rigor and scalable PM practices in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of technical or SaaS project management experience.
• Comfort with APIs, data models, and integration workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong risk identification, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, technical implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Translate requirements into execution plans, timelines, and resourcing.
• Coordinate between Engineering/Implementation, Product, and customer-facing teams.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; resolve blockers and escalate when needed.
• Manage and report on budget, billable hours, and project status.
• Own project documentation including SOWs, scope changes, and time tracking.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations.
• Continuously improve PM processes and tooling; document lessons learned.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements gathering and enhancement requests.
