Job summary

Globus family of brands seeks an Infrastructure & Technical Project Manager to lead complex system deployments, ensure regulatory and security compliance, and drive phase-gated programs across infrastructure projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, and risk, enabling successful, on-time deliveries for remote operations in the US or Canada.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex system implementations with infrastructure exposure.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager on deployment and phase-gated projects.
• Familiar with compliance review processes (data privacy, security, contracts).
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile concepts and hybrid delivery environments.
• Proficient with ServiceNow ITSM change management modules.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and Agile tools (ADO).
• Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and policy discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure, platform, and system implementation projects.
• Govern phase-gate layer for Waterfall or Hybrid delivery with risk and compliance checks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and monitor milestones.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to sponsors and delivery managers.
• Develop RAID logs, change control, and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee deployment across environments and manage rollback plans.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize licensing and infrastructure.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and lessons learned.
