Job summary

Globus family of brands is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional deployments across environments, ensuring compliance, security and operational risk controls are built in from the start.

The role focuses on Waterfall/Hybrid delivery, phase-gate governance, and coordination with IT leadership to deliver on time, within budget, and with strong stakeholder communications for executives and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex system implementations with exposure to infrastructure and platform migrations.
• Proven Technical Project Manager with deployment, implementation and phase-gated projects.
• Knowledge of compliance review processes (privacy, security, legal).
• PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus; familiarity with Agile concepts (Scrum/SAFe).
• Ability to translate technical risk to non-technical/executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software and Agile tools (ADO preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to enforce governance and drive risk-aware decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure, platform and system implementations within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage phase-gate governance for Waterfall/Hybrid delivery with milestone sign-off and RAID management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, and risk reviews; ensure proper checks before production changes.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to stakeholders and sponsors; prepare regular reports.
• Maintain documentation, change control, and compliance evidence across projects.
• Oversee deployment schedules, rollback plans, and post-implementation reviews.
