Job summary
Northbeam is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to own customer onboarding, product configuration, and data integration. You will work closely with customers to configure the product, integrate data sources, and accelerate value delivery from kickoff to go-live.
You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support to ensure smooth implementations, identify gaps, and contribute to onboarding playbooks while maintaining strong communication and project management across
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
- 2+ years in SaaS implementation and customer-facing technical onboarding.
- Experience as solutions engineer or technical onboarding specialist.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new customers.
- Configure product settings, permissions, and workflows; API integrations and data migration.
- Own onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables; communicate progress and risks.
