Job summary

Emphasys Software is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end software deployments for housing finance clients. You will coordinate discovery, scope, and execution across multiple client implementations while serving as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams.

In this remote US role, you will drive API discussions, data migrations, configurations, testing, and go-live activities, while delivering training and ongoing post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting enterprise software implementations.
• Experience with mortgage lending, loan servicing, housing finance, or similar financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations with strong communication

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementations for Emphasys platforms in the single-family lending space.
• Own discovery, planning, and project execution across multiple client implementations.
• Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams during migrations, APIs, configurations, and go-live activities.
• Drive technical implementation solutioning through APIs, data migrations, and system configurations.
• Lead trainings, status updates, and stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Document implementation best practices, setup guides, and process improvements for scalability.
• Help shape and scale the Professional Services function as the team grows.
